What a marvellous and prime location in the centre of the city! Also - near to built by the Dutch in the 17th century and the old town and the center of the city.

The room I stayed in at Kindness Hotel - Tainan Chihkan Tower was spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast and evening snack provided were a delightful surprise and offered a variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even allowing me to grab breakfast to go before the official opening time due to an early train. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Location : the hotel was close enough to beautiful temples, a prime reason for visiting Tainan, built by the Dutch in the 17th century, and the local market and bus stop to A Ping village. We had goodies and coffee at Coin Coffee, it was located short walk from the venue.

It's absolutely fantastic place to stay 1 mile away from a public art museum. The restaurant food is nice, and the breakfast offered is generous and sumptuous with ice cream and international dishes and local delicacies. Location is marvellous and favourable, very near the MRT station.

We stayed at a hotel in a cruise ship docked in this city and it was a great experience. Best aspects include the cleanliness of the room, convenient transportation, and location in the centre of the city. We were impressed with the hotel facilities and the delicious breakfast, but what really stood out was the friendly staff who were always willing to help. it was a fantastic stay.

Amazing service and extremely spacious rooms with a shower and bathtub. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location, not too far from a public art museum.

This hotel offers exceptional value for money with its basic amenities and comfortable rooms. The location is great, right in the center of the city and close to the station. The rooms have a small view of a temple and I loved the touch of Finnish design in the lampshades.

Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the MRT station, making it easy to get around. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms are complete with all the needed equipment. The breakfast, included with the room, features traditional Tainan delicacies, including the famous Danzai Noodles. Moreover, the breakfast menu offers some variation in hot dishes on a daily basis.

The hotel could benefit from brighter lighting at night, particularly around the alley leading up to the hotel, making it easier to navigate when it is dark.

Close to attractions, friendly staff and great food

This hotel is conveniently located near many attractions and the staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and the evening buffet supper was awesome! The all-day coffee, cakes and ice cream was also a nice touch. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel had a laundry room and free bikes, which was a nice added touch. The location was great as well, close to all the popular sites.

All in all, the experience was just okay and definitely needs some improvements.

Friendly staff, excellent English, great service, amazing breakfast, suitable for vegetarians, beyond expectations amenities.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.
